“War Records – Lebanon” NGO launches its new website with a wealth of
information on the July 2006 War
War Records-Lebanon is an independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization based in Beirut .
It was founded following the July 2006 Israel war on Lebanon with the purpose of documenting the war.
For the past year and half, we have gathered a significant amount of documents and information on the war.
Our work is non-partisan and aims to serve Lebanon’s interest first and foremost and to shed a light, to the extent of our resources, on the events and consequences of the July-August 2006 conflict.
This month, we have completed the first phase of intended databases and posted most of what we had gathered and processed on our new website. You are invited to visit www.warrecords-lebanon.org in order to access our webpages and databases. Your input and feedback are most welcome.
We have also posted a list of future projects we plan to carry out. We will be raising funds, in order to initiate these projects in the near future, and we need your support.
