The Conference is scheduled for June 27 & 28, 2011 at St Antony's College, University of Oxford.

The organizers hope "to bring together doctoral students and postddoctoral fellows from Asia, Africa, Latin America and other parts of the developing world to discuss and present research on politics, institutions and social movements".

Abstracts are currently invited, and the last date is March 2.
